1. Contest runs from Saturday, September 23 through Saturday, October 14. Winners will be announced at the Harvest Festival.
2. Decorate the outside of your yard, business, school, or church with a fall display.
3. Enter by signing up on the Corning Beautification Committee’s Facebook page or City Hall. List your name, address, and phone number.
4. Participants must live within the city limits.
