It’s almost time for the 2018 Chamber Christmas Banquet! This year, our event will be held on Monday, December 3, 2018, at the M.B. Ainley, Jr. Community Center. Tickets will be priced at $25.00 each.
We will rent the tables again this year. We will have the choice of a rectangle table OR the choice of a roundtable. If you choose to use the linens that will be rented, they will be black. If you need linens, please let Sherry know ASAP so we can get these reserved.
We are asking for individuals and/or businesses to volunteer to decorate a table. This year the theme will be “Holly Jolly Christmas”. Can’t wait to see all the different ideas!!
As tradition goes, we are asking individuals and/or businesses, who would like to participate, to have a centerpiece or nice item on their table for a door prize. Also, we will be looking for BINGO gifts!
- Social time will begin at 6:00 p.m. I encourage everyone to come a little early and enjoy the refreshments.
- Welcome will begin at 6:30 p.m. with Dinner being served around 6:45 p.m. Beverly’s Catering will cater this year’s event.
- Entertainment -We will have the table decorating contest and BINGO will be played.
On the day of the event, you will be able to begin decorating your table anytime after 10 am, but please have your table decorated by 4:30 p.m., so the judges can be finished before the event begins at 6:00 p.m. Certificates will be presented during the evening.
If you would like to purchase tickets, decorate a table and/or give a BINGO gift, please complete the attached form and mail it to the Chamber at P.O. Box 93, Corning, AR 72422.
