Job Summary:
Performs a variety of highly responsible, confidential, professional, and administrative support-related tasks. Prepares and distributes meeting agendas. The ability to summarize meetings, while still including pertinent details is imperative. Skills include attention to detail, excellent English/grammar, and sound judgment. Provides principal administrative support under the supervision of the City Clerk and must have the ability to work independently. Must have excellent customer service skills, professional phone etiquette, typing, and computer skills, Excel knowledge is a plus. May be required to attend meetings including, but not limited to evening or overnight meetings.
