Our next meeting will be October 22, 2:00 pm by ZOOM. Our speaker will be Mark Peterson, Prof – Econ & Comm Development, Cooperative Extension Service. He will help us name the group and give us direction. We will have the survey ready to go and announce to the world who we are and what we want to accomplish. I promise you will want to be involved in this!! I have asked him for 1.5 hours. He is very busy. I want as many participants as possible, the more the better. You can do it from home, office, phone where ever you are.
Zoom is a web-based video conferencing tool with a local, desktop client and a mobile app that allows users to meet online, with or without video. It is so easy to use, we do it all the time. I will send you a link and all you have to do is click on it with your ipad, phone, computer. If you are not comfortable with this from your office, you can come to my office and participate. We will have a TV set up and it will be interactive.
I am excited to have Mark on board. He is great and has helped many communities including Harrison, Rison, Manila, Waldron, and many many others.
